Laura Wayman

Laura Wayman arrived in the Catskill Mountain Region in 1982 looking to fulfill her dreams of raising her family in country surroundings. Part of the fulfillment of her dreams occurred with the purchase of her own home here in the Town of Delhi, the county seat of Delaware County. Laura loves exploring the countryside and various outdoor activities which includes hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, swimming, attending local exercise classes, a love for the game of tennis, gardening and long drives just to enjoy the peaceful mountains, valleys and blue skies. All activities and reasons many of Laura's customers and clients have come to love and appreciate about this region.

Laura has a long history of providing quality care and service. Nearly all of the patients Laura cared for during her ten years as a dental assistant are still in touch and are pleased and proud to call her "friend".

When she joined the team at Frank Lumia Real Estate Plus!, a new passion was realized. Laura really loves working with, for and learning from the diverse individuals she comes in contact with as she helps them achieve their dreams of homeownership. Laura will tell you that this has been one of the most rewarding job experiences and has plans for a long lasting career.

Laura takes great pride in her goal to do everything she can to insure that her involvement in any undertaking is a positive one for all involved. Laura's colleagues are among the first to attest that Laura treats every customer and client as though they were the only one.
